Shipping Policy

  • Within 48hours processing time, your order will be shipped.
  • The Orders are delivered from Mondays to Fridays between 9am to 5pm(EST) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.
  • During particularly busy periods, such as public holidays, orders may take a little longer to get to you.
  • All relevant delivery & arrival time options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at the checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email, once your order has been confirmed.
  • You will receive an email with tracking number, once your parcel is dispatched.
  • Please allow 2-5business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.
  • We’re sorry that we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.
  • For tracking your order, please check the shipping status by your tracking number or check back the status of your account order.
  • For for order over $500, we require a direct signature from an adult upon delivery to ensure that package(s) do not go missing. If you do not choose to require a signature and the item gets lost in the mail or stolen, ThEyes On is not responsible and cannot issue a refund or replacement.
  • One order can only be shipped to one address. Please place a separate order for each location, if you need the product(s) to be shipped to multiple addresses.
  • ThEyes on does not ship to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

 

For International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide including Europe, Australia and Asia.
  • We can send orders using secure tracked service so that you can tracking your order. If you don’t see tracking as an option for your country, please contact us for a quote. (service@theyeson.com)
  • For every international shipping with tracking information option, we require a direct signature from an adult upon delivery to ensure that package(s) do not go missing. If you do not choose to require a signature and the item gets lost in the mail or stolen, ThEyes On is not responsible and cannot issue a refund or replacement.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing international orders. Thank you for your patience.
  • Any import duties, customs and taxes levied by destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
  • By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
  • If you refuse a shipping from ThEyes On, you are responsible for the original shipping charges. Any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ThEyes On. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
  • All prices listed on our site are in USD, and charged in USD. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. To get an estimate of approximately what the exchange rate currently is please use Google to check real time currency.
