Our Customer Service team can be reached Monday through Friday between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has shipped. You may track your package using the number provided in the email. Alternately, you can track your order status by signing into your account. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org during regular business hours and they will assist in locating your order.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will try our best to get back to you ASAP.
