Return Policy
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, or if your order is damaged in transit, please send an email with photo to service@theyeson.com as soon as your package arrives so that we can work out a solution together.
- If your piece is eligible for return, you will receive instructions for the return process. Any pieces returned must arrive in their original condition and packaging.
- Your returned item must arrive at ThEyes On warehouse within 20days of the original order date.
- Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and that refunds will only go through after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
- Product(s) that is shipped with a return label/tag attached will only be honored if the label/tag remains intact.
- Product(s) that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
- Notice that original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- ThEyes On will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation that the return packages are damaged, stolen, mishandled or even lost when utilizing the prepaid label provided by ThEyes On. Please email support@theyeson.com if you fail to locate your pre-paid label.
- International returns may be subjected to a refund on the Tax, customs and duties. ThEyes On is not responsible for refunding these charges. You need to contact your country’s customs office with the commercial invoice and return shipping bill to qualify.
Shipping Damage Claims
- We have confidence with our products, but we cannot have control of the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so make sure the product(s) in good condition when receiving it. Cancel or Modify the order
- Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase, so you’ll be charged a 5% processing fee if you cancel the purchase before shipping.
- If you want to cancel or modify the order already shipped out, we advise you to follow the return guideline or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention.
- Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Made to order(s), customized products and final sale products cannot be returned for a refund, modified or cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
Easy-to Refund Guide
- Contact customer Service service@theyeson.com receive a return authorization number (RA#).
- ThEyes On will issue you a return authorization number(RA#)by email.
- Please write down/ paste on outside of your return shipping package. Return without a valid and visible RA# will not be processed.
- We offer pre-paid return labels with each domestic order. If you choose to use the provided label from ThEyes On, there will be an $8 return fee deducted from your refund.
- If you choose using your preferred mail carrier, return packages will not be subject to the $8 return shipping fee. Please be sure to keep a record of tracking information of your return package(s).
- Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and that refund will only go through after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
- Please arrange to ship the returns as soon as possible. Returns must arrive to ThEyes On warehouse within 20days of the original order date. Returns exceeding 20days will not be processed.
- For updates of your return, please contact service@theyeson.com with your the return tracking number and RA#.
- Purchase returned to ThEyes On will be processed within 5-8 business days of receipt.
- A refund confirmation email will be sent to you, once your account/card has been credited.
- Refund will only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
- There is always some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received a refund yet after refund confirmed. You can do as followed.

Product Information
- Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to depict Products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the Site, the detailing (such as color, pattern and texture, etc.) you see on-screen will depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a Product when you receive it.
- Any information on the Site regarding sizing of Products is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order (see Contacting us).
Faulty Products
- If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights.
- If you believe a product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible via service@theyeson.com, giving your name, address and order reference.
